The lounge purchases its coffee from a local roasting company that roasts only fair trade coffee to the Lounge's meticulous specifications. The coffee is traced from the seed to the cup, and the roasting facility is inspected yearly to ensure that once the coffee bean is received, it is roasted and delivered for brewing while fresh. |
